POLISHED ALUMINUM. CNC MACHINED. PERFECT FIT. GORGEOUS!

IF INTERESTED, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

After exploring many different methods for re-manufacturing this
part, it is finally ready to offer for sale. As shown below, 3D rapid
prototyping was used in hopes of creating a silicone tool to produce
polyurethane castings. Due to the complex geometry, thin wall
sections and undercuts, this did not prove a viable solution. Finishing
the 3D models straight out of the printer with a metallic like plating
did not hold up to the of stress of a careless installation. Ultimately, the
final product is billet aluminum, machined using a CNC mill.
The part looks
phenomenal. Constructed using aluminum, it will provide many more
years of fun. The top side is machine polished to resemble a chrome-like
finish, yet retain its original look. This sample part was on display at the
2009 Pacific Pinball Expo at Cliffy's booth. UPDATE: The sample part will also
be
on display at Pinball Expo in Chicago at Larry Kitchen's and Mark Weyna's booth.

Orders will be taken from October 1st, 2009 thru November 30th, 2009.
Shipping will take place mid-December. This is sold on a per-order basis.
These are much too expensive to fabricate and keep in stock. Only fully pre-paid
orders will be accepted. There are no quantity discounts. Payment must be
made by check. There are no refunds, or returns for any reason at all. Local
pickup is available. I am not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Your
money will be returned, only if I am unable to ship your order (but I foresee
no reason for that happening). Get one while they are available!

Product is available in 2 forms. Un-polished OR Top Side Machine Polished.
